In light of the world in which we now live, Member Care ministries are ever more critical. Many of the people who listen to the radio programs are in uncertain situations and living in isolated communities. They feel lonely, yet committed to the call of working in these situations. The attrition rate is high, but with the use of radio and the internet, we can encourage them and help address some of the struggles they face, right where they are. Radio is only a part of the global Member Care support team that can help keep these dedicated people at the task to which they have been called.
